Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations at the Electrical Industry Shelter House, the Labor Management Cooperation Committee will implement a new policy to secure reservations. Beginning January 1, 2024, the new policy will go into effect regarding shelter house deposits for reservations:

1. Reservations for the upcoming season are accepted beginning the first business day of the new year.
   1. All reservations for the upcoming season must be secured with a $100.00 deposit by February 28.
   2. Any reservations not secured with a deposit by March 1 will become available to rent by anyone on a first-come basis when a deposit is provided. (A reservation will be cancelled if a deposit has not been received by the NECA office and someone else requests the same date and provides the deposit.)
   3. Any reservations made after March 1, each year, will require a deposit of $100.00 to secure a date.
