1.  Local 8 is an in-person sign.  Our books can be signed  during normal business hours and on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 11:30 am.  Please remember to bring a current dues receipt when signing Book 2.

2.  Resigns shall be monthly, beginning the 10th and ending on the 16th of each month.  You must re-register every month with your name, page/line by fax, postcard, in person or online at Local 8's website (www.ibew8.org).  Resign confirmation emails will be sent if you resign on the website.

3.  Most jobs require 2 forms of ID and be compliant with Reliable Drug Testing (drug test).  If you have an expired drug test test, the contractor will order a drug test upon arrival to the job site.
