The Bonnie Finzel-Doster Monroe/Lenawee County AFL-CIO-CLC Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior at a Monroe or Lenawee
County high school and be a son or daughter of a member in good standing of a
local union currently affiliated with the CLC.
The application deadline is Friday, April 1, 2022.

2022 - 2023 IBEW Local 8 Scholarship
The Local 8 Scholarship opportunity is available to dependents of deceased Local 8 members and dependents of permanently disabled Local 8 members, so long as the deceased or disabled member was, at the time of death or disability, a member in good standing, an active member within Local 8 (producing working dues), and did not owe any fines or assessments. It is also available to disabled Local 8 members that participate in Local 8’s Health and Welfare Plan and are pursuing a degree at
an accredited post-secondary institution.
Local 8 has taken over administration of the Scholarship, changes have been made to the application process.
Completed applications must be submitted to the Union Hall at 807 Lime City Road, Rossford, Ohio or emailed to email@example.com by June 8, 2022.
Union Plus Scholarship Program
The Union Plus Scholarship is available to Union members,their spouses and dependents.
Deadline for the application is every year on January 31.

IBEW Founders' Scholarship
The IBEW Founders' Scholarship is available to IBEW members only.
Qualified members awarded the scholarship will receive $200 per semester credit hour at
any accredited college or university toward an associate's, bachelor's or post-graduate degree
in a field that will further the electrical industry overall.
The maximum distribution is $24,000 per person over a period not to exceed eight years.
